ESL Program
First launched in the fall of 2013, BBFL’s free English classes on weekends are popular with Thai neighbors. We started with group lessons for children, ages 5 and up. During the pandemic, we switched to 1-on-1 tutorials. Now, we are back with a combination of 1-on-1 lessons plus group classes.
BBFL now offers a 2-track English program: PHONICS (intense program to teach reading and writing), plus EXPOSURE (group lessons to strengthen speaking ability and listening comprehension).
In addition to English lessons and craft activities, we also offer students free workshops in sports, music, art and other fun activities. Several times a year, we also take children on free field trips to visit parks, enjoy sports days, and attend concerts and dance performances.
We will soon resume English lessons for adults.
